Studio Supervisor: Nior šŸˆā€ā¬›

very studio has a rhythm.

The quiet hum of electronics, the soft shuffle of materials, the moments where time disappears because you’re deep in the work. And then there’s Nior—my ever-present studio companion—making sure I don’t forget to pause.

While I work, Nior claims his post right beside me, stretched out on his plush bed like he owns the place (he does). Long legs extended, paws relaxed, completely unbothered by deadlines or to-do lists. If there’s warmth nearby—especially from my computer—he finds it immediately and settles in like it was always meant for him.

Sometimes he curls himself into the tightest little circle, face tucked in, ears just visible. Other times, he sprawls out dramatically, one paw hanging off the edge as if to remind me that comfort is an art form too. His presence is quiet but grounding—no demands, no interruptions, just companionship.

There’s something reassuring about creating while someone simply exists beside you. No expectations. No judgment. Just shared space.

Nior doesn’t help with sculpting, sketching, or planning—but he does help with balance. He reminds me to slow down, to breathe, to stay present in the moment I’m in. And honestly? Every artist deserves a studio supervisor who naps this hard.

So if you ever wonder who’s keeping watch while I work—it's Nior. Always nearby. Always comfortable. Always exactly where he wants to be.
