Thank you for supporting my work. Each piece is created with care, and I want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review the following policy carefully before placing an order.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the handmade and often one-of-a-kind nature of my products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged.

 Each piece is carefully packaged and shipped with tracking to confirm delivery.

 Items over $400 require a signature on delivery no exceptions. 

 I do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind.

Many items are:

  • One-of-a-kind (OOAK)
  • Limited run or made to order
  • Handmade with natural variations

These characteristics are part of the artwork and not considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for review, you must provide:

  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Your order number

Once reviewed, I will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement (if available) or a refund.

Shipping Issues

I am not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered”
  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing your order.

Digital Products

All digital products (including downloads, guides, or digital files) are non-refundable once delivered.
