Amber Ogle Studios ships physical items within the United States only unless otherwise stated.


Processing Time

All items are handmade or carefully prepared for shipment. Orders are processed and mailed within 5–7 business days after payment has been successfully processed, unless otherwise noted on the product listing.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.


Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via third-party carriers selected at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size, and weight.

Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.


No Local Pickup

Amber Ogle Studios does not offer local pickup. All orders are shipped directly to the address provided at checkout.


Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Amber Ogle Studios is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other events outside our control.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Amber Ogle Studios is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information.


Lost or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package lies with the carrier. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
